The Process of a Portrait

The process starts with a professional photo session to capture the image and lighting to be reflected in the painting.

All materials are prepared for museum quality to assure that the painting will be treasured for generations.

Once the size of the painting is decided, the initial sketching begins.

Following the completion of the final sketch, the blocking in of color begins.

Over time, details are defined and the final painting is created.

The artist can then select a frame that compliments the painting.
